I’ve always had a love for cooking and that gradually turned into a love for baking also, but it wasn’t until I discovered the art of sourdough that I truly found my calling. The process of creating the perfect loaf—mixing the dough by hand, letting it rise slowly over time, and watching the crust form beautifully in the oven—became something more than just baking. It was an experience, a connection to something deeper, a way to nourish not only the body but the soul.
